• "Vehicle" refers to the vehicle in which the hybrid battery is installed.
• "Customer" refers to the individual or entity that owns the Vehicle or is authorized to have the Services performed on it.
• "Implied Warranty" refers to the warranty implied by law, which varies by jurisdiction.

Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services : We agree to perform the Services as described in the service order invoice or agreement provided to you. The scope of work is limited to the specific tasks outlined in the agreement.
2. Payment Terms : Payment for all Services is due upon completion of the work.
3. Implied Warranty : The Services are provided with the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose as defined by applicable law. This warranty is limited to the specific Services performed and does not extend to any other parts or systems of the Vehicle.
4. Limitation of Liability : We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Vehicle after the Services have been completed, except as required by the implied warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, consequential damages, loss of use, or any other indirect damages.
5. Exclusions : We are not responsible for any issues that arise from:
   • Misuse or neglect of the Vehicle.
   • Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules.
   • Modifications or repairs made by others.
   • Acts of nature or other external factors beyond our control.
6. Warranty Limitations : Any warranty provided is limited to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement and does not cover any additional parts or labor beyond what is explicitly stated.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties : Except for the implied warranty as described above, all Services are provided "AS IS" without any additional warranties, express or implied.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Condition : You are responsible for ensuring that the Vehicle is in a safe condition for us to work on. This includes disclosing any known issues or hazards.
2. Maintenance and Use : After the Services are completed, you are responsible for maintaining the Vehicle according to the manufacturer's recommendations and using it in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.
3. Parking : If you need to leave your car overnight, you’re welcome to park it here at 1366 Doolittle Drive, San Leandro, CA., 94577 free of charge. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any theft or vandalism that may occur.
   Important Reminder: Any vehicle left on the property for more than 72 hours will incur a storage fee of $75.00 per day. Please ensure you're aware of these terms..

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California located in the States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
