Hybrid battery modules — sometimes called subpacks — pulled from packs during repair work. Whether one module went bad in a multi-module pack or you have a stack of removed units, bring them in.

Individual battery cells from rebuilt or refurbished pack work. Loose components left over from hybrid battery service that need responsible disposal rather than ending up in the wrong stream.
